The Committee recommend that the sum approved of by the Secretary of State should be voted, on account of the good work done in the Colony by the Asile de la Sainte Enfance.

The Committee recommend that, in view of the necessity of the case, as pointed out by the Surveyor General, the application should be submitted for the approval of the Secretary of State.

The Chairman adjourns the Committee sine die.
